    1. 30-50% Deposit


    2. Cancellation & Deposit Policy:
    - If cancelled before the 6 month mark prior to the retreat date, 100% of deposit will be refunded.
    - If cancelled before the 5 month mark prior to the retreat date, 50% of deposit will be refunded and the remaining 50% will be credited towards your next future retreat.
    - If cancelled within the 3-5 month mark prior to the retreat date, no refund will be given, but instead a 100% credit will be credited towards your next future retreat.
    - If cancelled within 3 months of the retreat date, no refund or credit will be given.


    Note:
    If an organization has two reservations (R-1 & R-2) currently booked and R-1 cancels, any credit that R-1 receives cannot be transferred to be used towards R-2's remaining balance unless there are 6 months or more still remaining before R-1's retreat dates. Otherwise, the credit must be used towards the next future retreat.

    4. Each person coming to the retreat center will need to sign a waiver form.
